How can we help?

A real person reads every message. The quickest way is Settings › Help › Write to us in the app, which adds your app version for us. Or email:

Please don't include health details we don't need to help you.

01Common questions

I have a new phone. How do I get my journey back?

Install Knitted, tap I already have an account on the welcome screen, and sign in with the same Apple or Google account you used before. Your journey, photos, and Knitted Pro come back.

My purchase isn't showing.

Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you paid with, then tap Settings › Restore purchases. If you bought on our website, open the link from your receipt email on your phone. Still stuck? Write to us with roughly when you bought it.

How do I cancel or change my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the store you bought from. In Knitted, tap Settings › Manage subscription, or on iPhone go to Settings › your name › Subscriptions, and on Android open Google Play › Payments & subscriptions. A lifetime purchase is one payment and has nothing to cancel. Deleting your Knitted account doesn't cancel a subscription.

Is what I track saved?

Yes. While you're signed in, Knitted saves everything you track to your account automatically. Settings shows when it last synced. If you were offline, it catches up when you're back online.

How do I connect Apple Health, Health Connect, or Oura?

Open Knitted's Settings and choose the one you use. Knitted explains each kind of reading before your phone asks for permission, and only ever reads. Those readings stay on your phone. On iPhone, Settings shows "Access requested" because iOS never tells apps exactly what you allowed; you can review it in the Health app.

Can I get a copy of my data?

Yes. Settings › Your data › Export my data gives you everything you've tracked as a file to keep.

How do I delete my account?

Settings › Delete account. Here's what gets deleted, and how to ask if you no longer have the app.

Is Knitted medical advice?

No. Knitted is for everyday tracking and information, and it doesn't diagnose anything or detect pregnancy. Any fertile window it shows is an estimate from your own history, and it isn't birth control. Talk with your own care team about what's right for you. If something feels wrong, call your provider, and in an emergency call 911 or your local emergency number.
